All it takes is 15 minutes a week to touch hearts and change lives. Join Jenny and a global community called, It Starts With Us. This non-profit movement was founded by Nate St. Pierre and is determined to change the world, have fun and help others.

Jenny also contributes to the Speedway Children's Charities, a NASCAR non-profit foundation that benefits children in need. She also supports the Paralyzed Veterans of America. For over 60 years, its mission is to change lives and build brighter futures for our seriously injured heroes—to empower these brave men and women with what they need to achieve the things they fought for: freedom and independence.

Jenny inspires others through her social media presentations. She is invited to speak at a variety of professional organizations, corporations and events. Jenny delivered a presentation on Digital Networking at the National Urban League (NUL) Centennial Conference in Washington, DC (July 2010). She was the Emcee for the Mobile Recruiting Camp conference, http://mRecruitingcamp.com, San Francisco (September 2011) and attended Mashable Connect (May 2011). Jenny spoke at Facebook HQ for the Recruiting Innovation Summit (October 2011) and at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Interactive event (March 2011).
